1. About This Platform

This is the official Digital (Online) Uchhamani platform for the Shri Ramji Mandir Jirnoddhara Mahotsav at Chadasana Village, Ta. Manasa, Dist. Gandhinagar. The platform facilitates transparent bidding for Yajamanship (યજ્ઞ) opportunities during the temple renovation and consecration event.

This platform is operated by the Shri Ramji Mandir Jirnoddhara Samiti and the Samast Chadasana Gram Parivar.

2. Eligibility to Bid

  • Any individual who is a member of or associated with the Chadasana village community may participate.
  • Bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bidders must provide accurate and truthful personal information when submitting a bid.
  • Each item may be bid upon by multiple participants; the highest bid at the close of the bidding period wins the Yajamanship.

3. Bidding Rules

  • Each new bid must be strictly higher than the current highest bid or the seed price, whichever is greater.
  • Once a bid is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn or modified by the bidder.
  • Bids submitted after the official closing date (May 1, 2026) will not be accepted.
  • The Samiti committee reserves the right to verify any bid by contacting the bidder on the provided mobile number.
  • Bids that cannot be verified or are found to be false will be removed without notice.

4. Bidding Deadline

The online bidding platform closes on:

After this date, no new bids will be accepted through the online platform. Final confirmation and payment arrangements will be made directly by the Samiti committee.

5. Accuracy of Information

Bidders are responsible for providing complete and accurate information including Full Name, Father's Name, Grandfather's Name, and a valid Mobile Number. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification and removal of the bid.

6. Winner Confirmation

  • The highest bidder for each item at the close of the bidding period will be declared the Yajamanshri for that item.
  • The winning bidder will be contacted by the Samiti committee on the provided mobile number to confirm participation and arrange payment.
  • If the winning bidder fails to respond or declines to honour their bid, the Samiti reserves the right to offer the Yajamanship to the next highest bidder.

7. Payment

  • Payment is to be made as per instructions provided by the Samiti committee after confirmation.
  • The bid amount represents the minimum committed donation for the respective Yajamanship. Bidders may voluntarily offer more.
  • Payments are considered a sacred donation (દાન) to the temple renovation cause and are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
  • The Samiti committee will provide official receipts for all confirmed payments.

8. Removal of Bids (Admin Rights)

The platform administrator, under direction of the Samiti committee, reserves the right to remove any bid that is:

  • Found to be fraudulent, fake, or placed without genuine intent
  • Placed using incorrect contact information that cannot be verified
  • Submitted by an ineligible participant
  • Determined to be a duplicate or test entry

Bid removal decisions made by the Samiti committee are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Shri Ramji Mandir Jirnoddhara Samiti and the platform developers shall not be held liable for:

  • Technical errors, downtime, or inaccessibility of the platform
  • Loss of bids due to network issues on the bidder's side
  • Misunderstandings arising from the bilingual content on the platform
  • Any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the bidding

10. Governing Rules

These terms are governed by the decisions and customs of the Shri Ramji Mandir Jirnoddhara Samiti and the Chadasana village community. Any disputes will be resolved by the Samiti committee, whose decision shall be final and binding on all participants.

11. Amendments

The Samiti reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
